Dr. Julia R. Kellcy
Simply Well Medical Director
Dr. Kellcy has always known that helping others was what she was meant to do. She completed her BS degree at San Angelo State and then continued to the University of North Texas Health & Science Center in Fort Worth, in which she earned her Doctor of Osteopathy Degree in 1991. She completed her residency in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso and discharged from the Army in 1998 to pursue her first private practice in New Braunfels, Texas. Throughout over 30 years of practicing medicine, she truly loved her private practice, but then entered a new realm of medicine as a physician in the ICU at Christus Santa Rosa in New Braunfels. Here she really took to heart being there for patients in critical situations, and loved her team that became like family to her. Dr. Kellcy's medical experience is broad, as now she works as a board-certified Hospice and Palliative Care doctor and owner of Simply Well Primary Care & Aesthetics. She views the practice of medicine as a gift in which she was given to serve others. This is why she took her gift and artistry to other areas and expanded into the Aesthetics side. Not only is she able to continue helping others at the medical clinic and hospital, she also gets to enjoy making others feel their best! One thing is for sure- she wants every patient to feel informed and safe with her experience in both medicine and aesthetics. She is an entrepreneur of her own right, in which she advocates for health and wellness in her life and for her patients. Julia loves spending time with family and friends! She enjoys dancing ,traveling, and doing community activities with the church. She knows that God blessed her with a gift to help others, and that is what she will continue to do in medicine and aesthetics.
Sierra Santellana, PA-C
Sierra Santellana is a Physician certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She has been practicing medicine for over a decade and couldn't love it more. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas in 2010 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 2012. She has practices in family medicine since graduating and has grown to love family medicine sand taking care of patients of all ages. She lives in New Braunfels with her husband, Orlando, and their daughter, Lexi and Lainee. She enjoys spending time with her family and she is a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan.
Holly Chapman, FNP-C
Holly Chapman is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2012 and later passed the National Counsel of Licensure Examination (NCLEX). Beginning her career as a registered nurse at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas, Holly worked as a bedside registered nurse while completing her Master of Science- Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Texas Woman’s University in 2017. Prior to joining Simply Well, Holly worked as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine. During which she also volunteered her time on mission trips and at an uninsured clinic. Her passion is influencing patients’ lives by encouraging a healthier lifestyle for a more rewarding life. Originally from a small town in deep east Texas, she currently lives in New Braunfels with her husband, Jaret. In her spare time, Holly enjoys all things in the great outdoors and the adventures of traveling. You will most often find her spending time with her large family, exercising, trying out new ice cream shops, or hanging with friends.
